A new use for comic collections

Last Christmas I got the Complete Far Side. It weighs roughly 20 pounds.

I just found a great new use for it when it's not being read: flattening posters.

I had some posters rolled up for several months, and I decided I'd get around to putting them up today, finally. They were stubbornly rolled up and refused to unroll, so I dropped the Far Side on them.

Hopefully that'll straighten them out. Otherwise it's going to be tough to put them up.
